Premium WiFi showed great perfomance: fast reception everywhere and very easy to install. In two weeks one shutdown but also very easy, within one minute, to reinstall with included instructions.

I love Japan. So having the Pocket WiFi was so much helpful. Just to be able to function around Tokyo with Japan Wireless help me find and locate places. using Apps(for the train system) made my adventures easy with the time I had. I gave it to my family one day when we had our own day to ourselves and they were able to guide themselves through Japan as well. Just to have the whole family connected and showing their own view of this wonderful country was a plus. equipment was easy and simple to set up and the extra power bank was rarely used. Anyone who is traveling to Japan for a few weeks I recommend using Japan Wireless. Like they say, Stay Connected, Anywhere in Japan. Arigato gozaimasu!!!

This WiFi router is frequently faster and more reliable than the WiFi offered at the hotels I stay in across Japan. I order one from Japan Wireless before every trip now. Super reliable, and great service.

Japan Wireless went FAR out of their way to get me my device when my plans changed & helped me navigate a number of logistical problems that were my fault. They were courteous, helpful, and generous. The wireless signal was super reliable and the unit usually lasted an entire day without charging. If I find myself in Japan again, I'm definitely using Japan Wireless again!

This is a must-have if you are traveling in Japan. Works great, and pick up and drop off were fast and easy. The battery does run down about halfway through the day, but they provide you with a supplemental battery so all is well. I highly recommended— worked beautifully every day of our three week trip in all areas of Japan.

I highly recommend using japan wireless, it was so useful. We went for the unlimited internet package, so that we could browse without having to worry about any limits. I had it on throughout the whole day, I also had my portable battery on me to recharge the wifi if needed, as we used a lot of data on multiple devices. Collection and return were very smooth, I collected at Narita airport, and the device was full charged and ready to use immediately. Thank you!
