I've used japan wireless several times. We always order the pocket wifi since we can connect multiple devices. We opt to have the wifi shipped to our hotel and it always arrives before we check in. We've only used the device in Tokyo, Hakone, Odawara, and Yuzuwa. Coverage has been good. The only reason im giving a 4/5 because the power banks haven't worked the last two rentals (a power bank is included with pocket wifi rental). Thankfully I had my own with me so was able to recharge it. Also the wifi battery is pretty good and lasts 8hrs. Also customer service is super responsive and nice. They offered to ship another power bank to me and were very apologetic. Anyways highly recommend this wifi rental!
