This Pocket Wifi was a life saver. It helped me and my family have Internet access everywhere we went. The kit came with a battery which was helpful if I was out longer than 8 hours in a day. The process of retrieving it from the airport then returning it via post office was seamless. The only drawback was the signal maxed out at 4G everywhere. It was sufficient for our needs. It would have been nice to have a 5G signal. I would get this product again the next time I visit Japan.

I was in Kyoto for a 3 month stay and it worked exactly as advertised and was easy to pick up and return.

Reliable WiFi at a reasonable price. The included power bank gave us peace of mind even though we rarely had to use it. Delivered to our hotel and dropped off the device in the pre-paid envelope at the post box at the airport. We’ve used Japan Wireless five times since 2023 and the one time we had issues with the device, a replacement was sent the next day.

excellent portable wifi, the pickup and dropoff were super easy to do. the service was great, my wife and i used it for a 11 day trip in Japan and we were very pleased. great alternative if you are unable to get an e-sim or if you prefer just having internet wherever you go. highly recommend!

Used Japan Wireless 3 times now. Easy to place order, pu at Narita airport, return at mailbox just before security checkpoint. WiFi easy to set up and use. Great customer service.
