Very good service. Was perfectly deliverd to our hotel, worked in all of Japan, good batery time, easy drop off. A must if you go to Japan!

This is the way to go. I would not go with any other company. This was so easy. Pick up at Haneda airport and drop off there too.

Wish they hsd thid i our own country where inyernet is a shocker. Fits in your handbag plus extra battery. Nestly presented n just drop off in letterbox when finished.

This gadget gave me peace of mind in ensuring constant free WiFi wherever I went. Found it just a tad awkward to set up initially but eventually managed it. Lasted all day with recharging overnight. Small enough to carry around and returned it by simply posting at the airport. Well with the money and would use again should I return to Japan.

I rented a Japan Wireless Pocket wifi for three weeks this past September 2024. Overall the experience was very good. The pick-up process at Narita Airport was both convenient and efficient. We enjoyed solid coverage throughout our trip in Japan. The drop-off process into a public mail box was easy and also very convenient.

Second time I used it , when travelling to Japan. This time it came with a spare battery pack, which was great improvement as the previous time, battery could have been on the low. Looks like the company have taken user experiences to heart and consequently made some improvements. Straight forward and very easy to use. Would use again on my next visit.

I used pocket wifi for my trip in japan. It's excellent. I took it really fast and the return was simple at the airport

Was very easy to setup. We only had dropout on one day and that was in Disney SEA, but I noticed a few people having issues at the same time. Overall was a great experience and we will use in the future.
