Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. The signal was very good, we traveled from Kobe to Tokyo and never lost a signal in the 10 days we were there. Only thing is the battery life will only last you about 1/2 a day so use the supplied battery pack or use your own. We for sure will use Japan Wireless on our next visit to Japan.

We found our wireless device to be convenient and reliable. Every so often it disconnect but the majority of the time our internet worked perfectly. We did have an issue with two of our devices initially but Japan Wireless had replacement devices sent to our hotel without an hour or two so we really appreciate their prompt response and help in rectifying the issue. We would definitely use them again
