We were visiting from America and I was very nervous about wifi. After extensive research, I decided to order from you guys because of amazing reviews. I was not disappointed at all. It worked the whole time we were there and never died or lost signal. I have already told many people to order from you guys on their upcoming trips to Japan. If your phone doesn't support an esim this works very well, especially if there are more than one if you travelling.

I highly recommend renting this pocket Wi-Fi. It was easy to use and was so convenient to have during our 17-day trip in Japan. It was especially useful to navigate the train stations.

I used the Japan Wireless portable wifi during a three week trip to Japan. It was excellent. I only ran out of power once and
That was because I forgot to charge it the night before. It didn’t matter because it comes with a portable battery so I charged it while I was using it during the day.
It was delivered to my hotel so I got it when I arrived. It was very easy to send back at the airport in the provided envelope.
I would really recommend this product, especially if you are relying on google maps to find your way around.
