Everything was as described in their advertisement. The process of getting it, setting it up, and sending back was easy. There was never a connectivity issue. The battery lasts less than a day with a lot of use e.g., teenagers x 2. But the back up battery supplied helped with this (users need to remember to check battery status at the end of the day or it will shut down).

The hot-spot was delivered to my hotel exactly as expected and worked like a charm. It was fantastic having reliable WiFi throughout the trip, especially since we relied so much on our phones for maps/gps. Also great not having to reset the WiFi login every time we changed hotels. Delivery and return was easy and convenient.

Very easy to pick up at the airport. Great coverage and easy drop off. Comes with a power bank fits very easily into a bag pack with minimal space occupied

After careful consideration, I opted for a pocket Wi-Fi device instead of an eSIM. However, I recommend the eSIM option.The pocket Wi-Fi device offered acceptable battery life, requiring daily charging and not consistently lasting a full 12 hours. While the complimentary battery pack was beneficial, charging both the pack and the device simultaneously proved challenging with the provided low-speed adapter. Network connectivity was consistently reliable throughout Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara. I recommend pocket wifi option provided you have a high-speed adapter and cable. Esim will give you more peace of mind.

This was unbelievable during our 3 week trip, battery life lasted all day with 2 phones, quick to charge and fast internet.

The wireless package arrived at my hotel exactly as mentioned and it worked perfectly on our trip in Japan. I also had no problem mailing it back in the enclosed envelope at the airport.
Whenever, I return to Japan, I will make sure I rent from your company again.

I've been going to Japan for the longest time and I only use Japan-Wireless for my pocket Wi-Fi needs. Better than SIM card since multiple people can use it. Price is reasonable, there is always coverage, and very convenient to get and return.

Was well worth getting this. Coverage was mostly excellent. I recommend this and will definitely use Japan- wireless when I return to Japan
