Never disappointed me

Such a great service, very easy to deal with. Arrived at first hotel and wifi was waiting for us. Easy to return. Used hundreds of gb during our trip, so much more freeing than relying on data. Helped keep phones charged much better too, as we weren't hopping cell towers for data connections. Charged device over night, was ready for a full day of 2 phones attacking it. Some days we plugged it in and it was only on 50%, other days it was 10% but this was very heavy usage days. Very convenient in size, fit in my pacsafe vibe 150 bag with no issues. Won't visit Japan without one of these! Very good price given what it provided us in the modern world.

I have been renting from the company for many years and the connection got much better however it is still 4G.....this is the only negativity since it is much slower than nowadays 5G connection. Otherwise it works perfectly and it is always great to keep my devices safe not to use free wi-fi.
