I ordered pocket wifi online from Japan Wireless to be delivered to my hotel in Kyoto. It was at the front desk when I arrived along with easy to understand directions of how to use it. My sister and I were both connected to it throughout our two week trip in Japan. At the end of the trip, I just put it in the included envelope and dropped it in the mail.
