Very reliable product. I was able to fully utilize all the devices I needed for 3 weeks of travel. It was waiting for me at my hotel and drop off was simple.

Getting a pocket wifi in Fukuoka was fast & easy. Sales person help set it up in my phone. Return process was very easy, just had to find a post office box outside of the international terminal. Would use the service again.

We chose a pocket wifi over sim card during our trip to Japan. We were not disappointed at all, it worked perfectly everyday for 3 weeks. Never had any issue with the wifi, even when we used it all day long with 2 phones connected. It can easily last 4 or 5 hours. An external battery is included in the package, which is perfect to ensure that the pocket wifi lasts all day. No regret, no trouble at all

We've been to Japan 3 times, and this was our first time getting a pocket wifi instead of relying on Starbucks hotspots. Affordable service and so convenient! Came with all the instructions needed for use as well as drop-off for the end of the trip. My only issue was that the little cord that came in our kit was worn out, so it was a bit loose and had to be positioned just right in order for our unit to charge properly. Consider packing your own 2xmicro USB charger if you have one, just in case!

Very easy transaction from picking up the device up to dropping it off. The internet connection is amazing and the pocket wifi last almost the day. I will absolutely booked this service again once I come back in Japan. 🙂

Pick up was so easy, as was set up. Everything you need is in the bag provided, including clear instructions on how to mail the device and accessories back. Wifi worked flawlessly for myself and my family for the 2 weeks we were in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. I loved it, would use again for sure!!
