I'm so glad we got this. It did exactly what it says - quick internet for at least 10 hours (normally a bit longer). The battery pack meant we were never without it. It was so handy for using Google translate and maps for getting around.

It was really good! I went to different cities and even and island and it worked. I wouldn’t mind if the instructions to change the language settings would be clearer (from Japanese to English)

I would fully recommend anybody coming to Japan to bring this product with them.

Very happy with the product only complaint is emails received while using it were only in Japanese so had no idea what they were about.

Very good connection during my whole trip, every day 24/7 thanks to the extra battery. I'm vety satisfied.
