Rented the wi-fi device online for 5 days. Picked it up at Arrivals with ease and mailed it back with the supplied envelope. Follow the simple instructions and all good. No problems with wi-fi dropping out. Highly recommend Japan Wireless to any tourist.

The package I ordered was in time at the hotel. It works soooi great and it’s soo easy to use! WiFi is strong. The whole group (5) can go on the WiFi together at the same time, or still works very well. Even at the subway we had good WiFi. I will try to get this on every holiday from now on!
