Fast internet, very reliable.

I ordered the device online prior to departing. It was easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. They even allowed me to extend it for a few hours with out any additional charge. I wish it were this simple to be connected everywhere in the world!

Was working perfectly during all our travel around Japan. Best decision

Easy to book and communication has been great.. everything has been pre booked for our arrival.

With 2 kids and 3 adult, the only issue was some days the battery did not last all day but an extra battery pack included help a lot

This is the second time we've been using the mobile wifi services of Japan Wireless. They have not disappointed us. In fact, we're recommending it to family and friends.

Had good coverage while traveling in Aomori, Hakodate and of course in Tokyo! Battery lasted the whole day and never needed to charge it with the battery pack they provided. Would definitely rent from them again!
