This Wi-Fi was a great help to us while we were in Japan for 5 days. We didn't have to worry about lost signals as we stayed connected each time. We would charge it at night and then used it pretty much all day.

I had a great experience. The retrieval was very easy as it was the returning. The router almost never ran out of battery and the signal was great.

Got it on a friend suggestion. Ordered online a few days before we arrived to Japan. I had requested it to be delivered to our hotel, it was ready there when we checked in. Super easy to use,long lasting battery, great signal. At the end of our stay, we sealed it back in the provided prepaid envelope, and dropped it in a mail box at Narita just before going through security. Great , 100%would recommend!

was in japan for two weeks... osaka, tokyo, kyoto, kawaguchiko, hiroshima.. all metro areas except kawaguchiko... But, even there, reception was awesome... very fast... only had trouble couple of times in the subways... but, 90% of times, it still worked in subways... yes, it does run out of battery. need to have the power bank that comes with it fully charged everyday. you will use it around 4 or 5 pm.

I have rented WiFi for the past 2 trips to Japan and I’m visiting again in this fall. On my list of things to do before traveling, order WiFi. It’s been quite the life saver. Thanks
