Every time I visit Japan, I can depend on Japan Wireless to provide the best service and WiFi product

We were so impressed with this tool that allowed us to have access to internet nonstop at any point we were visiting, including up on Mount Koyasan when in the Kansai region. Although most spots in Japan have free wi-fi available, we highly recommend renting a portable wi-fi like this gadget because of the flexibility it offers in areas where you may not have wi-fi readily available (i.e. if you're in transit or trying to find places, it's so useful to have the ability to connect to the internet any time you want!) The tool was easy to use, and we really appreciated having the portable charger with us as well! We look forward to reserving this again upon our return to Japan!

Really convenient collection and drop-off at the airport, easy to set up and great connection for our whole trip. Non-stop access to Google Maps was exactly what we needed!

We used our pocket wifi everyday. It worked well everywhere we went and we did not have any issues. We used the hotel drop off and was there when we checked in and I got the hotel to mail it back. I would recommend this to anyone travelling in Japan

I carried Japan wireless with me for one month in japan and it worked the whole time and I never had a single problem. speed was great and coverage was great.

Its really convenient and quick to receive with all the instructions on how to ship it back

It was so helpful having a pocket wifi during our travels! It was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and was so easy to return at the airport.
