Really gdeat service. The device is handy and comes in an extra bag with a charger and powerbank.
It's very easy to use and we haven't had any problems with the internet connection.- one star because our Powerbank did'nt work but the customer service was great. They offered a replacement immediatly.

Had it for 2 weeks and worked everywhere we went . Easy to use and compact so not taking up space

This will be the third time I have rented this product and I can fully stand behind how easy it is from collection to drop off. I have never had an issue with coverage or speed.

I really enjoyed using the pocket wifi. There was no buffering, the battery was long lasting and it was very fast. I highly recommend it!!!

This service is a must when in japan, while there is a lot of wifi around you would have to sign in to all of them. As complicated as that can be, it's something that you don't need to do with this. Sign in once use it all day recharge at night and always be able to, find where your going, translate on the fly, figure out where to go next etc. Do yourself a favor and set this up for your next trip

Easy pick up and drop off. I was able to access Internet most places. My only criticism is that the data rates were quite slow at times.

Easy to book, pick up, easy to setup and use, easy to return, so you have more time to worry about where to eat instead!
