The pocket Wi-fi provided good coverage throughout my stay in Tokyo. I could use it even while I was using trains at subways. On top of all, the unlimited data usage was a life saver for me as I heavily relied on Google Maps to travel from one destination to another. Although power bank was included, the battery life of the pocket Wi-fi was excellent as it could last all day without the need for recharge. The return instructions and procedure was very user-friendly as well. I will definitely choose this pocket Wi-fi service again on my next visit to Japan. Excellent service and coverage

I have been using Japan Wireless for years as my default service whenever I visit Japan. Super convenient for the user.

So so convenient! Easy pickup and drop off and clear instructions. Wi-Fi was easy to set up, good battery life, and pretty fast connection throughout use, even on top of the mountain!

This is the first time we have been to Japan and having WIFI was very important to stay connected all the time. Japan Wireless came through for us with great service and dependability. We had no problems. The modem was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived and the hotel took care of sending it back to Japan Wireless it was very seamless operation.
I will recommend Japan Wireless anytime!

Happy with the Wi-Fi ease. Need better pick up location in the instructions at Kansai as the location moved in the airport. Easy to use.
