Easy and great to use 👍🏼

This bit of kit is amazing. We ordered it online before we flew to Japan, it arrived at our hotel the day before we checked in. Instructions inside and so easy to set up. It came with a battery backup that we never used as the device lasted all day. We had unlimited internet and it was very fast, never slowed down like others do. You could make your usual calls and video calls using apps like WhatsApp no problem at all and you could connect 10 devices to it. Never lost signal even when travelling on the bullet train in a tunnel!!!! The best bit of kit we have ever used in another country absolutely superb. They even provided a cardboard type pre paid envelope to send it back in the post. The only negative if you can call it that, was that we didn't receive an email to say they had received it back in the post which would have been good. Other than that i would use them every time, if you shop round you can even find a discount code like we did. Superb service all round, A+++++. P.S we had 4 devices connected at all times and sometimes 6.

Very good and easy to use without any problems

Japan Wireless pocket wifi was SO easy to pickup and return, and worked instantly and always. I had to remember to charge it each night, and then had wifi everywhere I went in Japan. Hooray!

Easy to book online, pick up site right at the airport. Fast connection, reasonable price. Would book again
