This was the best decision to order and have for our trip! Easy to find at the airport for pickup and drop off.

Pick up and return was easy. All works great and the battery lasted suprisingly well.
The only downside wad charging cable, which was in poor consition and caused annoyance.

This was the 4th time i have used japan wireless & the service & equipment went smoothly as always,highly recommended.

It worked wonders and was the most convenient way of connecting to internet for me and my partner while in Japan. Definitely recommend and would use again!

Such a simple product to use, setting up was super easy. Very impressive battery life. Sometimes would find that my internet would drop off, but other than that it was very reliable. Returning the product at the end was also a very smooth and stress free
