The portable wifi worked great and the battery pack lasted all day. Would definitely recommend.

Great service provided. Easy pick up and return. We arrived at Narita airport and picked up our pocket WiFi at their desk in the airport. You return it by post with everything you need provided. There’s a post office in Narita airport which meant we had WiFi all the way back to the airport and then were able to post it back at the airport. Shared this with my wife and we had coverage 100% of the time. Great speed as well. All in all an excellent pocket WiFi which I would highly recommend.

Picked it up at Haneda airport, and travelled Japan for 3 weeks. The battery easily lasts a day and it never was a problem charging it over night. We used the hotspot with 4 people and never had bandwidth issues. Drop off at the post box in Haneda was super easy as well. I would get it the next time again.

Japan Wireless’s pocket wifi provided me with fast and reliable wifi all throughout my first trip to Japan. Set up was easy and so was the return. They would be my first choice for pocket wifi if I was to return to Japan again in the future.

This device lasted all day, they even give you a power bank if needed and that was very useful. Service is impeccable from easy airport pick up to shipment at the end of the trip. Totally recommend
