All went fine with my rental. From delivery to my hotel and 25 days later with me depositing into the mail box at Narita. Process went smoothly and unit worked at advertised.

I've bought one prepaid SIM card for my 21 days trip in Japan. I got LTE in all cities i've been to and the debit was really fast. I recommend this product to everyone.

Unlimited data for a very reasonable price, a sleek looking device in good state with clear instructions, and customer service that is absolutely amazing (I'd never really thought, as far as as I think about future customer service experiences in the first place, that I'd come to find correspondence with a customer service-branch "heartwarming" but here I am). If you're travelling around Japan with multiple people, this is definitely one of the best, if not the best option for getting a dependable source of WiFi.

El servicio es excelente pero hay que recargar el aparato y la batería de repuesto todos los días porque cuando menos te lo esperas te das cuenta que no tienes batería. Por lo demás bien.

Everything was excellent. I had a small problem at the beginning, my modem did not arrive the first day because of a mix up but called and got it the next day. Works all over Japan. Will definitively get it the next time I go to Japan!

I've been using Japan Wireless for the past 5 years when I travel to Japan. They are always on time with delivery, it's super easy to use and return. The service for wifi is excellent, I definitely recommend!

I ordered online and it arrived at my hotel the next evening (a little earlier than expected). The wifi connection was strong in most places, even rural Japan but did drop off on occasion when using the metro. The battery lasted for 10 hours or so but there was a separate battery pack included which was great for long days of touring Japan. Being able to post it back was a great benefit.

Don't know what we would have done without this super handy device in Japan. Highly recommend!

Picking up and dropping off the Hotspot was so easy. We always had wifi no matter where we went.
