So far, so good. I placed an advance order to reserve a pocket WiFi to be delivered to my hotel. The order and confirmation process went smoothly. My trip isn’t for another month so hopefully the pocket WiFi will be waiting at the hotel for me.

Travelling in Japan is a kind of a challenge: where am I, when does my train go, how can I find where I want to go? If you are connected to the web it is much easier to find the answers. If you have enough Mb's it is even easier. Japan Wireless offers it with good service in case of failure of a device. Thanks!

I am very satisfied with the product.
Pick up and return process was spot on as advertised.
WiFi coverage was good and data plan more than adequate.
Battery life in the pocket WiFi lasted more than 12 hours.
It was good that a battery pack was included in the pack as standby.
