Visiting Japan for first time from UK. We had our modem delivered to our first destination, hotel in Osaka. At our final destination Tokyo International airport, we used the bag supplied and posted it in the departure lounge post box. We had great connectivity throughout Japan.

I purchased unlimited data for 18 days. I ended up staying 19 and was still connected to the service for the final day. It was a fairly easy process to set up, but make sure you have the directions printed out or on a different device for easier set up. I was online within 15 minutes. Be aware of sending videos or taking video calls because it can eat up your higher speed data. I would definitely use this service again. It was far cheaper than continuing to use my normal service.

We ordered from Hawaii to have it delivered to the first hotel of our trip and it was waiting for us at arrival . Put it in the postbox at the airport before going to check in for our flight .
