Used this service for the first time; so convenient and reliable. The only challenge we encountered was that the battery life was poor. We got maybe 2-3 hours per charge. The company does provide a power pack for on the go recharging, so that was appreciated. All in all, a great experience and I plan to use it on my next trip.

Great service! It was quick and easy to buy eSIM card before our trip to Japan. Also I didn’t have any problems to set it up once we landed in Japan. Internet worked everywhere we traveled (Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo).

From Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka Japan wireless pocket wifi works really good. The connection was steady.
