Our first time to rent pocket wifi from Japan Wireless and the process of renting and returning the unit was easy. We will definitely use their service again the next time we visit Japan.

Timely delivery and service as promised. I recommend this option, especially if you are travelling as a group and want to communicate between members with mobile data and not via a localized router.

Smooth and easy pick up and drop off. Great customer service. Excellent network coverage at all the areas we visited (Tokyo, Kawaguchiko,Kyoto, Osaka, Nakatsugawa area). Power bank included (very useful).

I purchased the eSIM card before I left for my trip to Japan, it worked beautifully! I never had a problem accessing the internet during my stay. I would definitely recommend it!
