I travel to Japan several times a year for business. I have used several different WiFi rentals. Japan Wireless is my favorite and have been using them since I first tried them. I've never had any issues with the premium pocket WiFi or the service. Other rental places, I had issues with the WiFi unit losing service but not with Japan wireless. I highly recommend Japan wireless premium WiFi rental.

Ordering through Japan Wireless was so easy and the service and device was great! Our flight was delayed a day and we were able to change delivery to our hotel - quick and easy communication. The device worked perfectly the entire 3 week trip and the battery lasted more than a full day out and about. The connection speeds were fantastic and there was no "throttling" or data limit. Returning was super easy at the airport. You will definitely want a pocket wifi device on your trip to Japan, it makes everything so easy, especially getting around on the metro. A+++
