I had the wifi equipment for more than 1 week, and I had to charge it only twice! The service was great, and this was the only company willing to ship the equipment to Okinawa.

I purchased 7day data card and it worked perfectly for my holiday. Used maps a lot and social media.
Also i was picking it up from the airport and it was delivered super fast within 48hours of me ordering

Prompt delivery before my arrival to Japan and fast connections with the device I am very satisfied with the products.
Only gave 4 stars because when I had questions about the service and devise the customer service phone number they listed didn’t get to connect with anyone, I could only send email inquiry to get my questions answered. If there are real person pick up the phone and answer questions or concerns it would have been 5 stars.

I am a repeat customer this is my third time to order the service with them!

The best quality and services.

I ordered the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless before my trip. It arrived at my destination as scheduled, the connection was great, and returning it was simple too. They prepare a prepaid envelope, so all you have to do is to drop it off in a mail box before departure. So simple and convenient. I am going to use them all the time!
