Easy pickup/drop off, device worked well and it even comes with a charger. If you’re looking to not get a SIM card but maintain service, this is it. Will definitely be using this next trip to Tokyo.

Our experience with Japan Wireless was EXCELLENT! Ordering and receiving the pocket wifi was seamless. Also we requested a replacement charger and Japan Wireless sent a replacement together with a new pocket wifi and charging accessories. An EXCELLENT Experience!
