Recensies

Overall is good. Service, communication, ease of use are all good. I would recommend and use your service again

This is my second time getting service from Japan wireless and both time are very good! ordered my SIM card a few weeks before my arrival to be sent to my hotel. Delivery was on time, and setting up was super easy! Definitely gonna be using Japan wireless again for my next time in Japan :)

Ordered for the next day. It was delivered to our hotel, and we used it until the day we departed. Packed it up and dropped it at the post office box right in front of TSA. Connection was good for the four people in Our party and made the trip easy as we could research without searching for free wifi.

Strongly recommend it. Thank you!

This has been a great service for the price, offering good coverage, a simple pickup and return process, and a simple design so that it is easy to use without knowledge of Japanese. Thank you!

Everything worked perfect, like delivering to the hotel, the reception was fantastic and to install it was very easy!

Our wireless device was waiting for us at our hotel, it worked wonderfully during our entire trip and we were able to so easily return it in a different city in the provided mailer. Cannot be more convenient!

We had a great experience with Japan wireless. Their portable wifi hotspot worked great wherever we traveled in Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, and Osaka. Picking up and dropping off the equipment was easy at Narita Airport's post office. The price was also very affordable, much cheaper than paying for cellular data through our AT&T phone plans from America.

I'd highly recommend using Japan Wireless for any travelers visiting Japan!

I was amazed with the option of finalising the wifi and having delivered to my hotel. All online and hoping to find the product rented to be as good as this service

Extremely easy and straightforward. Highly recommend
