Recensies

It has helped me and family use our phones through entire trip without any problems.

Whole experience was excellent. From signup to dropping it off at the airport. Would recommend to friends and family.

Nothing was too much trouble. Just a top shelf service.

Haven’t used yet but order process was simple and straightforward.

Pick up was easy. Connection was fast. Didn't even need to use the power bank included with the pocket wifi.

Amazing service, reliable connection and reasonably priced

I looked at different companies and none of them has high capacity wifi as Japan wireless. They also have many convenient location and can deliver to your hotel. The ordering process is seamless and the price is compatible. When it come to WiFi, you only want the best. Japan Wireless is the best! I highly recommend ordering your WiFi or SIM card from here.

The package arrived in my hotel as planned. The service was really good when I was going around Tokyo. Would gladly use you guys again

I rented out a pocket wifi online for my mother who was arriving just a few hours after. I totally forgot and was quickly searching online to reserve a pocket wifi while getting ready to head out to the airport to pick her up.

Due to me being in a hurry, I was careless and accidentally ordered a pocket wifi to be picked up at Narita airport, instead of Haneda. I called the company to have it changed but unfortunately it wasn’t possible . Instead, they had it shipped directly to the hotel where my mom would be staying.

They were so friendly, I only told them were and they quickly had it shipped out. No stress at all!

As for the wifi itself, it had an unlimited usage so it was super convenient and my family got to take it everywhere during their stay. It never faltered not even once, the speed of the internet was that of a regular wifi at home.

after the service I mailed it back to them which was written out in English and was direct to the point and easy to understand. After they received the wifi, they even sent an email updating me that they received it.

I will definitely order from them again when family come to visit again sometime this year. Their service was excellent, the wifi unlimited usage, great service and I didn’t have to worry about anything. All this was also extremely affordable for a week of service, so I really recommend them.

The service was excellent, the team met expectations. I highly recommend it.
