Internet was reliable and at a great price. Pick up and drop off were also convenient, will definitely get a pocket wifi the next time I am in Japan.

Easy set up and convenient pick up and drop off!

Japan Wireless portable Wi-Fi helped us to travel around Tokyo and Kyoto with ease. The customer service staff are so helpful and pick up and drop off was a breeze. The connection was always reliable. I would highly recommend using them for your trip!

Easy to use and reliable. Will definitely use this company again when we come back!

Very convenient and easy to use! This is my 3rd time using japan wireless!

It was very easy to use. We used it from osaka to tokyo and we’ll definitely avail it again on our next trip

Been using Japan Wireless for all our Japan trips, and all I can say is their service is always excellent and reliable. Have tried both airport pick-up and hotel delivery and both are hassle-free. One time we had a problem with the device and they sent one immediately the following day 😍😍😍

Japan wireless never disappoints. It arrived efficiently and quick to respond when we wanted to extend the dates. When we had temporarily issues with it, the email came quickly to explain.
