Love the ease of renting a Wifi unit, comes delivered to airport or your hotel (depending on location). Package comes with everything you need to get started and easy to return with self paid package! Had no problems with usage, highly recommended with great reasonable prices!

Everything was straightforward and easy, from picking up the device at the airport counter after landing to dropping it of in the enclosed envelope at the airport mailbox prior to departing. Definitely no regrets about getting one either. The next time I visit, I will be sure to get one again because that's how good and reliable it was! Thank you!! 😊

This pocket WiFi is definitely a must for anyone visiting Japan. We picked ours up in Haneda Airport with no problems and had great service throughout our stay in Tokyo and Hakuba. They even gave us a free battery pack, which was nice to charge our phones when on the run. The return was really easy as well. Just dropped it in the mailbox at the airport (before you go through security).

Ordered at 3pm after realizing our t-Mobile phones‘ internet speeds were not going to work for us in Japan. By 6pm, it was delivered to our hotel! Worked seamlessly and without any glitches - gave us high speed internet for our entire trip!! Convenient postal drop box at the airport made the return super easy!! Necessity for travel in Japan. Delivers to your hotel and can ship out from hotel. They did give me a charging chord that worked but was a little stripped and can see the wires but was completely fine otherwise. Took to Kyoto and still worked!
