There are times when signal is lost but overall, good service.

My rental WiFi was waiting for me at my Tokyo hotel. The product was easy to use and did everything as advertised.
From ordering to returning, everything was excellent.

I haven't used it yet, I've only made a reservation, but I'm looking forward to it.

Japan wireless met all of my needs. Their customer service is top of the line with promptness and resolution! I will most definitely use again! I highly recommend them to everyone! 🙂👌

Easy to pick up (at post-office in Tokyo Airpot)
East to use. Easy instructions. Portable charger included was CLUTCH

Picked up at NRT. The device worked immediately before we left the airport. Be aware that the trains go through a lot of tunnels. We had pretty good service on a five day mountain drive between Takayama and Nagano. The back up spare battery was a lifesaver for one of our phones. There is a post box right by the entrance to security on your way home.

I had read online that we may need something like this for our trip to Tokyo, and boy am I glad we got one!

Really easy to use, the wireless device gave us internet signal every day as we explored the city and I dread to think how we would have coped without it.

A must have, and it was really easy to return at the airport at the end of our trip. 10/10
