At aged 57 years old, I visit Japan about twice a year. I have always used/rented the mobile wifi device from Japan Wireless. My daughter recently told me to use an eSIM so I do not have to carry the wifi device around.
This is the first time I used an eSIM. It is a great product and very convenient. Before that, there was some hesitation, as I had no idea how it worked, and if all my apps would be active while on the eSIM. It was good I tried it out this time. I will be going eSIM from now on.
If there is one thing you can improve on, it is your website page showing eSIM compatible brands and models. I am using an S24 Ultra. This model is NOT in your list. I tried anyway, but had some worry. I suggest you update the information in your Compatibility page.

Quickly got to my hotel and has a good battery life. I'd use it all day and still have 80% left.

Super efficient, great service and seamless transaction

On my last trip, i encountered a small issue. I followed instructions on my tracking # and it said the Sim Card has arrived at my hotel. I asked the Hotel Front Desk but it seems they did not know any information regarding the Sim Card delivery. About 30 minutes later, they found the package and delivered it directly to my room. I will definitely purchase from Japan Wire-less again for my next trip !
