Easy process and worked perfectly.

japan wireless pocket wifi was perfect for our trip. There were zero negative issues. It worked perfectly, better than expected really, and I would highly recommend this product when traveling to Japan.

Both are excellent! The pocket wifi egg provided could last a whole day out without having to charge it throughout the day, even though portable charger are provided. The SIM card connectivity is good. Tunnels tend to lose signal which is normal, other than that, any part of japan connection is good!

A friend told me about the wifi devices and Japan wifi had a good price - they were easy to find at the airport - friendly and helpful - a great service that helped make communications while on holiday a breeze

Staying online is a requirement in this day and age. The unit from Japan Wireless worked flawlessly during our two week vacation in Japan. It handled all that was connected to it, normally 5 devices at once and sometimes more and it kept on delivering data.
Do keep the return envelope in a safe place, I placed ours in a too safe place but it was easy enough to buy an envelope at Japan post and drop it in the post box prior to security at Narita Terminal One.
The battery pack lasted 3-4 hours with our heavy use so I would suggest bringing/buying another to use.
I have/will recommended Japan Wireless to our friends who will be travelling to Japan and will definitely use them again when we return.
