Japan Wireless Premium WiFi Review

If you’re traveling to Japan and need reliable internet on the go, Japan Wireless Premium WiFi is a solid option. Here’s a breakdown of my experience using it:

Pros:

✅ Strong Coverage & Speed – The device provided stable and fast internet, even in rural areas. Streaming, video calls, and navigation apps worked smoothly.
✅ Unlimited Data – Unlike some providers that throttle speeds after a certain limit, Japan Wireless truly offers unlimited data without slowdowns.
✅ Long Battery Life – The battery lasted a full day (8–12 hours), making it convenient for sightseeing and long trips.
✅ Easy Pickup & Return – You can pick it up at the airport or have it delivered to your hotel. Returning it is hassle-free with a prepaid envelope.
✅ Connects Multiple Devices – Supports up to 5 devices, making it ideal for families or groups.

Cons:

❌ Price – The premium plan is more expensive than budget alternatives, but you’re paying for reliable speed and unlimited data.
❌ Slightly Bulky – The device isn’t the smallest, so carrying it in a pocket may not always be convenient.

Verdict:

⭐ 4.8/5 – Japan Wireless Premium WiFi is a great choice for travelers who need fast, unlimited internet with excellent coverage. The ease of setup and strong performance outweigh the slightly higher cost. If you’re planning to rely on Google Maps, translation apps, or social media throughout your trip, this is a worthwhile investment.

Would I recommend it? Absolutely—especially for business travelers or those who don’t want to worry about data limits.

It was super easy to use and convenient (the delivery in the hotel and the return in the airport, super straightforward). 100% recommended.

商品の受け取りと返品は非常に便利で、インターネットは非常に安定していて使いやすいです。

The Pocket Wi-Fi was an essential resource for us (three adults) during our two-week stay in Japan. The Wi-Fi was unlimited and had a good speed. We only had some difficulty getting a connection on the train, but otherwise, it was excellent.

Great services vert simple to use and works perfectly wherever we where. The delivery at the hotel was perfect in time and the return very simple with the envelope enclose and the explanations to find the post box in the airport. We were several peoples to use it and it was cheaper than each of us having a e-sim.

Very Good service, I enjoy renting Japan wireless for every visit because they are always have reliable service

Very good service. Definitely recommended

Excellent WiFi. Never let us down

Always using Japan Wireless when travelling to Japan. Easy pick up, no problems with the internet (works perfectly even in shinkansen) and device returning in made easy.

After some issues with right API everything was top 👌
