Recensies

It worked flawlessly, almost always connected to 3 devices.
It had a better internet speed than most hotels we had.
Thanks to the included battery, we can go a whole day without problem.

We have used japan-wireless three times and we are very satisfied with the cost, reception, and convenience of picking up and returning the unit.

For the tourists that visit Japan without an esim.
It's a perfect service!

Good service, uninterrupted wifi! Will definitely use it again when we come back 😊

Great, delivered to the right place on time

It’s very easy to use I used 4G plan & never had a problem about connectivity I used whats app

Very easy to pick up at arrival area. Easy to return also no problems with operation.

I was going back and forth between an eSIM and a hotspot. Glad I went with the hotspot. It was very dependable. The only thing I would change is it only came with one charging cable so at the end of the of the day if battery pack and hotspot were low on power you could only charge one.

I could not have been more pleased with my hot spot while in Japan. I ordered it prior to my arrival and it was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived. Set-up was very easy and fast and the unit worked flawlessly. Returning was simple and I definitely will order again on my next trip to Japan.

The wireless device was delivered to the hotel as ordered. It worked well as we were enjoying the different sites. We had several devices logged into it and it never had issues. The return was very easy. It came with a prepaid self-addressed envelope to just drop in a post box. I received notification when it arrived back to the company. I would recommend using this company and service!
