Amazing service,trains always on time

The device worked great! It would sometimes bug out but all you had to do was restart it quick and it was working again. I was using it from 7am to 11pm, it worked great!

I flew to Haneda this time. It was easy-peesy. After my 10-days of visit, all I have to do was mail everything back in the pre-paid envelope, which it came with it. I strongly recommend this service!!

We used Japan wireless when we traveled to Kyoto and Tokyo. Their service was so easy to arrange ahead of time, online. The wifi units were delivered to our hotel in Kyoto without problems and they were waiting there when we checked into our hotel. The units worked well and we had no problems with them. Coverage was good and the battery lasted all day for us. We arranged to mail the units back from Haneda Airport. There was a big red mail box at the entrance before the check in area. It was fairly easy to find. There are clear instructions for how to return the units and where to drop them off. Th envelope was included with our order. The wifi made our trip so easy to keep in touch with the world while we were traveling. We were a group of 6 and ordered 2 units. The cost was much cheaper than using our cellular service. Would highly recommend using this company when you travel to Japan.

Great speed—we didn’t have any issues. We had it delivered to our Tokyo hotel and it was there when we checked in. Return was easy—just dropped it into a mailbox using the provided envelope at KIX before we left. I’d use the service again.

It worked everywhere. I visites 8 different cities across Japan in my 24 days trip and the WiFi never crashed… absolutelly recommended… despite I consumed and uploaded social media, videos, mails, WhatsApp video calls I never felt decreased the connection speed.

Since I have an older phone, the pocket wifi was the best way to use my phone to communicate and get around. Had to charge it a couple times during a 12 hour day, so a portable battery power pack was necessary, but the pocket wifi's usefulness far outweighed that inconvenience.

Everything was fine during the trip. Great coverage.

I’m glad that I chose Japan Wireless as our wifi provider for our Japan trip. I never had any issue in our 7-day trip. It’s convenient to collect and return, easy to use, unlimited and fast wifi, and pocket wifi’s battery lasts long. Highly recommended and will re-purchase for our next Japan trip.
