Simple and convenient

This was a really reliable Pocket WiFi. I had a problem with the first one and they replaced it immediately. It was great service from the tram and the device itself is really easy to use and very reliable. I’m planning on using Japan Wireless again in a couple of months

Excellent service will definitely use them again

The package was waiting at our hotel. Connection easy, we were able to access our apps, messaging, Wi-Fi calling, maps everywhere we travelled. It was brilliant.

Customer service was very fast with English speaking staff to accomodate my sudden change in arriving airport. A replacement wifi router was delivered on the very same day at my hotel in a package. Wifi router itself is well with adequate battery life for a day trip (arnd 10 hrs) and signal is excellent no matter where you go. I will definitely rely on this company in my future trips to Japan.

We used a 10 day package and everything worked seamlessly. Picking up was easy, our phones nd computers connected easily and data rate was good.
The device has a small profile that fitted onto my pouch. A little concern was that it did warm up when three of us were using it. But it stayed in control.
