While traveling in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka the wireless service was stable and fast. Very good overall service

Used the pocket wifi in Narita, Hokkaido and Haneda Airport. It was a very fast and reliable Internet service. 👍

It was easy to pick up and drop off. The pocket wifi lasted pretty long so I rarely needed the backup battery. When my Japanese friend got less bars mine had one extra so I let her use my wifi. hahaha Very satisfied.

Great service/signal throughout all the places we went to in Japan. Battery lasts the whole day, they have a power bank if needed

Wow! Easy to use from start to finish, easy pick-up at the airport. Then scan the QR code to use. Charging cables included! When finished, drop off BEFORE security line. So easy. It was reliable. I used the WiFi all day… (brief one-hour charge at lunch and overnight charge). I never dropped WiFi around Tokyo, on Shinkansen, and in Osaka. It was great.

Everything was very easy from pick up to using to giving back!
