Easy to order and so convenient. Was available upon my arrival in Japan

We purchased the pocket wifi to use for 2 weeks. It was easy to do online. Pick up at Fukuoka airport and drop off at any mail box

I collected WiFi router at the airport, was convenient and the reception was good throughout, I got the premier package to ensure I have the bandwidth and signal throughout the trip. Cost wise, it’s reasonable. The return was east too, put into the envelope provided and put into postal box at the airport before flying off.

Rented from here multiple times. Always high speed, no problem with connecting my few devices, no worries about battery. There was one time, that I lost connection, but the supporting team answered me via mail in just a few minutes explaining me what is happening, and connection was back again really soon.

Convenient package. Wi-Fi, battery, charging cable, pouch and mail in postage paid envelope are all included. Fast internet with no dead spots throughout trip. Will definitely use again on return trip in November.

No problem pick up at Hotel and return at airport. Wifi unit is clean and functional well. No data issues. Good connections throughout Osaka, Tokyo and Nagano.

always reserving my wireless wifi thru japan wireless whenever i go to Japan, hassle free pick up at the hotel and drop off at the airport, kix has many drop off area while narita has a few. just be sure to drop them off before immigration

As always, convenient delivery and return. Consistent bandwidth all throughout Japan. I have been using Japan Wireless pocket wifi for every Japan trip since 2018. Also been using their eSim since March 2023
