My order was waiting as booked, but it was hard to find the small kiosk in Haneda T3. The pocket wifi unit worked flawlessly. Battery would last all day no problem. Did not have to use the power bank it came with. Would use again.

We used the for two weeks in different parts of Japan and we had great coverage all the time. The pick up in the airport and the return by post was very smooth. It was also very good price for the two weeks. We are very satisfied with this service

Super reliable and good. When we arrived at our hotel in Japan the package was already waiting for us. The setup is super easy and pocket wifi works really well and almost everywhere. At the end of our trip we just put it into the return envelope and put it into the mailbox. A few days later we received the confirmation that our pocket wifi had been returned to the company. Great service!

From the time I ordered before flying to Japan the whole process was quite easy, no issue with internet connection me and my 2 kids used throughout our 15 days trip and end of the trip it had proper instructions where and how to drop it off.
