Great service throughout our visit to Japan. Service worked in Tokyo and Osaka for our stay. Easy to pick up from airport and easy drop-off via post office. Definitely would recommend when visiting Japan.

This was my second trip to Japan, both visits I used the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. The pricing is competitive to others. Provided instructions were easy to understand and the provided back up battery makes it so you have wifi at all times throughout the day. I will be using Japan wireless when I plan my 3rd trip to Japan. Pickup was easy and drop off even easier.

The Wifi worked perfectly throughout the two week rental period. The pick-up at the airport was easy, as was the returning of the device via the envelope provided. There was a postbox in the airport which meant that I could use the device up-until it was time to pass through airport security.

Great service from Japan Wireless! From delivery (to my hotel) to reminders for returning the product. This product helped me throughout my travels in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Kumamoto).

Had a tiny lack of wifi in a remote area of Kumamoto, but other than that - very very good battery life and support in accessing internet from Japan Wireless throughout Japan!

We ordered the pocket WIFI online and it was delivered to our hotel without any delays. Signal is great around Tokyo, Kyoto and Nara. We experienced slow internet when we are in our hotel at Kita Ward, Osaka though generally in all other areas, WIFI signal is good. Battery lasted until evening. Complimentary power bank is nice to have.

Great service again. I have used many times for business trip to Japan. Very convenient to be delivered to hotel and easy return by airport mail box. Device is easy to use and great network coverage for personal and business use. Thanks.
