Our family of 5 used the Japan wireless router throughout our 2wk trip in Tokyo, Shia Kogan, Kyoto and Osaka. No issues connecting all devices, didn’t even use the supplied battery bank (as router lasted each day), and return from airport post was super convenient. Only thing to improve would be to show remaining MB on the device so you know how your usage. Great service

It was very useful and usually lasted almost all day. And if it didn’t, we had the portable charger with us.

The pocket wifi we had with my partner during our stay in Japan was pretty convenient and reasonably priced. Next time though, we will choose an eSim, as we wanted to do some things separately and weren’t able to, as the pocket WiFi was at one of our bags.

Quick to arrange, easy to use

My WiFi wasn't working properly a few days after I collected it at the airport. A short call to explain and organise the delivery of a replacement was all that was needed. By the evening of the same day, the new WiFi was sent to me. Thank you very much. I will most definitely use your service in the future.

Great service. All worked to plan. The device was at my hotel on arrival. The boxe even came with a local power plug and additional battery.
