Recensies

Faultless service from Japan Wireless. The device was delivered to our hotel and worked really well at all locations we travelled to in Japan. Battery life was good, easily lasting all day. The return instructions for the airport made it so convenient and simple.

Whole experience was seamless! Pickup at airport, great reception EVERYWHERE!!!! The wireless router was nice and small, easy to fit into pockets. A battery backup was included in the package, a very slim device which meant very portable. Never had to use backup device even though we were out and about for 12-14 hrs most days! Great value for money, highly recommend Japan Wireless!

Took a while to find the pickup at the Haneda airport (on the third floor May 2025), but once I had it it worked pretty much flawlessly.

I like this solution and the internet connection was great. Even if I lost it it came back super quickly.
The only thing that was not great was the cable - it was damaged and stopped working after 2 days so I had to buy a new one. Also carrying with me the box, charger and the battery was not very comfortable but it wasn’t a big problem. Overall I think it was great to have that option to stay connected.

We loved the convenience of pick up and drop off at Haneda Airport. The directions inside the package were clear and easy to follow. We n ever had a problem connecting and the charge held all day for us. We couldn't have been happier. We will use Japan Wireless next time we are in Japan.

Wifi veloce, batteria duratura, acceso tutto il giorno arrivava tranquillamente a sera. Facile da configurare!
Lo consiglio 😌

Very reliable WiFi! We had free talk and text with our phone plan, but not a ton of data. This was cheaper than adding data to our wireless plan. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using an eSIM. Everything was great. The directions were easy to follow, the price was much better than my home carrier, snd the coverage everywhere we went in Japan was great. Will definitely use again next time

Very glad we rented this device. It was extremely helpful and the process of pickup and return was easy.

Very simple to use, very reliable
