Recensies

I ordered the Router for my honeymoon and it was just perfect. The package was delivered directly to a hotel, never a problem in 3 weeks and the return was very simple. I highly recommend it.

Excellent WiFi, we travelled Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka with a stop in Hakone and found reliable coverage on trains, while on the road, and while walking. DisneySea, too! You need mobile WiFi, more than you think: maps, digital Suica, Google translate, etc. Easy to book, the power bank and USB charger were a nice touch. We returned via included prepaid postal envelope at our last hotel, but there are Japan post boxes pre-security at every terminal in Haneda. Thanks Japan Wireless, we had a wonderful time and stayed connected the entire trip!

The service is very easy to use. Pick up instructions were straightforward. Connectivity was great throughout Japan and return instructions were very simple to follow. I would highly recommend for anybody looking to have reliable Wi-Fi for their trip.

The services are fast and seamless. Keep up the good work. Thank you!

I knew this brand a few years ago and I liked the service, that's why I used it again. They answer quickly and find good solutions. Just be careful with the heat, but I think that applies for every electronic device.

Shipping was fast and service was excellent

The pocket wifi was easy to set up and worked really well. The unit got quite hot while charging, and we needed a second power pack because the charge didn't last the whole day, even after charging it during the day. Highly recommended.

WiFi pockets worked great without any issues.
This was my second time rented them, and will continue to do so whenever I travel to Japan.

I would recommend 100% Pocket wifi worked great only a couple places it didn't work was way up in the mountains but that is expected. Really came in handy and worked flawless everytime for VOIP calls or during facetime.

I am so happy to use and recommend Japan Wireless to my family and friends. It is so easy to purchase and deliver, and use them. I trust them. Thank you for doing amazing work!
