The pocket wifi was delivered at my hotel on time and very easy to set up. It was a big help going around the city. It provided enough speed needed for a consistent connectivity. I will definitely use this again when I return with my family soon.

Ce pocket wifi a été très utile, nous nous sommes connectés à 3 dessus. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème de réseau pendant les 3 semaines de notre séjour au Japon. De plus le système de remise en boite aux lettres est ultra pratique et ne fait pas perdre de temps au moment du départ. Nous sommes très satisfait.

Es hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Die Ausrüstung wurde an das angegebene Hotel geliefert und stsnd bei Anreise sofort zur Verfügung. Die Rücksendung mit dem mitgelieferten Briefumschlag war einfach. Nochmal vielen Dank@

I can recommend the service, easy to pickup the package at the airport. Set is self explaining and has clear instructions in English, Router had served us well. Return via mailbox at departure level at Narita T2 was easy and receipt of return issued in lightspeed.

Rented premium wifi through Japan wireless during my stay. Fast connection and very easy to use. Never lost connection. Will definitely rent again when I go back to Japan.

It was easy to reserve and pick up. It was nice to have, despite the battery having a 6hr life (there is a charging brick to use ), gets quite hot, and has a weak signal- it drops a lot. I would still rent it again if I returned to Japan. It was easy to return by dropping in post at airport.
