I had a great experience in hiring the pocket wifi at the airport and returning back at the airport post box. Every single instruction on how to use are very user friendly. The connection and signal strength was great across many cities. I would definitely hire again on my next trip to Japan.

Excelente servicio, durante dos semanas siempre estuvimos comunicados gracias a la gran cobertura del servicio. La carga del dispositivo era suficiente para cada día del viaje, aun así, incluye una batería externa para poder cargar el dispositivo en caso de ser necesario por lo que nunca te quedaras sin conexión.

In May we had two standard LTE cards from the IIJ operator from Japan Wireless and it cost us a lot of nerves. IIJ is really bad and they say there were a lot of visitors in Japan. Now we have two cards from AU from Japan Wireless 5G and we were really satisfied, AU sim cards are excellent. We will only buy these cards from now on. Thank you. Radek.

We used Japan Wireless Premium Wifi service on our recent trip. The service was FANTASTIC. It was about a third the price that T-Mobile would have been and performed perfectly. We never losst service and we were three devices off of the device the entire time. It was easy to pick up and drop off. The battery lasted all day and we never even had to use us the back-up battery that was provided (though it was great to have). The customer service was excellent -- I left an item on the counter at the airport. Japan Wireless located it, offered to send it to me at my lodging, and did not charge me for the error. I will use the service every time I travel to Japan.
