Easy to use and good value for multiple travelers. Always had excellent reception

We used the pocket WiFi for our trip in Tokyo. We had no trouble setting it up when we arrived and it worked perfectly throughout our trip inside train stations and outside. We had it delivered to our hotel and it was there when we arrived at check-in. We would recommend Japan Wireless pocket WiFi if you’re new to using this product.

The first wifi unit we got was running out of battery quite quickly, they had another one at my hotel within a few hours which was very impressive

This is the second time I've used this service. For a group of three, it proved perfect. The battery lasted a full day, and for longer after-dinner gatherings, a power bank is essential. The internet connection is always stable. This service has now become routine when traveling in Japan. The instructions for both pickup and drop-off were very clear. Thank you.
