Recensies

great service and product

Excellent and immediate Service! I would highly recommend it to anyone! Great price too!

The connection speed is always fast. Availing the service is a good deal for me.

Unit worked well never lost service the entire trip.

Good instructions to install. Where is info to un-install? Hopefully we will get this automatically when leaving Japan.

Everything went as expected. Upon arrival at the hotel, the pocket Wi-Fi was neatly placed at the reception desk and worked perfectly, just like in previous years. I will definitely order from you again next October along with the JRPASS.

Satisfait du produit

Worked a treat and no hassles at all

We ordered 2 wifi’s to be delivered to our hotel in Osaka. When the hotel couldn’t find them, Japan-Wireless stepped in and helped them locate the package. So easy to connect that even I could do it. Great product and wonderful service. Couldn’t ask for more.

I had no problems at all while using the pocket wifi. I always seemed to have a connection while travelling around Yokohama, Tokyo and Hakone. And the battery lasted just fine. I also used it to connect to the smart TV (and personal devices) where I was staying as the free WiFi was limited. I will definitely be using this again in the future.
